Welcome to Kolea, the most luxurious gated vacation complex on the Kahala Coast of Hawaii. Our two bedrooms, two baths Villa is beautiful. It has a gourmet kitchen with African mahogany cabinetry, granite countertops and top of the line appliances. It has large mahogany sliding pocket doors to the lanai and the furnishings truly reflex the Hawaiian Life Style. From the lanai we have a partial ocean view filled with palm trees and bougainvillea and you will find a great Viking gas grill and wet bar.
You are a short walk to our incredible Beach Club where you can enjoy an infinity edge pool, an open air cabana with tables and chairs, a lava rock hot tub overlooking the fishing ponds and ocean, a sand bottom pool for children and an open exercise room. The Beach Club overlooks ancient Hawaiian fish ponds with the bay and ocean beyond. From the pool area it is a short two minute walk to the beautiful beach of Anaeho’omalu Bay. “A” bay is a vast stretch of sandy beach which is great for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling and kayaking. Long walks can take you north and south along the ocean and you may even see turtles sleeping on the sand. Numerous activities are available through “Ocean Sports” on the beach. Their “Whale Watching” and “Sunset” cruises are very popular.
We are located in the Waikoloa Resort area which features a Marriott and Hilton resort, two championship golf courses, two shopping areas with boutique shops, restaurants and a large grocery store. There is also a new amphitheater for concerts all within walking distance from the Villa.
